All CBD products for sale on this website are made from hemp. The products made with full spectrum hemp oil include all components of the leaves and buds of the plant. Therefore, they will contain trace amounts of THC (less than < 0.3% delta 9 THC on a dry weight basis). CBD isolate and products made with CBD isolate have no THC.

Under USA federal law, CBD consumers can receive CBD products (which are derived from hemp) by USPS across all 50 states which if they are less than < 0.3% delta 9 THC on a dry weight basis. 

  • Interstate commerce: Compliant hemp-derived CBD may be shipped across state lines under federal law.
  • Exclusions: This federal legalization does not extend to CBD products derived from marijuana. Behempful products are derived from hemp.

Behempful Compliance

Behempful produces hemp-derived, full-spectrum CBD products containing less than < 0.3% delta 9 THC on a dry weight basis, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Behempful also offers hemp-derived CBD isolate products.
